Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission Archeology for Beginners.
You will be able to start this mission after completing the Archeology for Beginners mission, if you agreed to help Captain Monroe when he asked you to do so. To do this, return to the Wapiti Indian Reservation and talk to the captain.
Captain Monroe needs your help to steal some vaccine that the army had diverted away from the reservation.
Colonel Favours is redirecting smallpox vaccine away from the Wapiti Reservation to punish the Native Americans for the recent unrest. Monroe requests Arthur's help to steal the vaccine from the army.

Follow Monroe on horseback and he will lead you to the hill near the road that will be passed by the wagon carrying the vaccine.
You can, of course, shoot the soldiers on the wagon, but if you want to earn the gold medal then you must steal the vaccine without using violence. In order to do that, get on the horse quickly, ride off the hill and approach the wagon from behind so that the two men sitting on the wagon won't notice you.
Approach the car from behind on the right and when you get the opportunity to jump on the wagon's back, do it. The soldiers won't notice that you did it. Your horse will still follow the wagon.
Open a small crate lying on the wooden box and take the vaccines it contains.
Jump off the wagon, get on your horse and get back to the reservation as fast as you can.
Give the vaccines to the captain. He will thank you for your help and the mission will end.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission The Fine Art of Conversation.
