Some time after completing the Country Pursuits mission you will be able to return to Lagras where your friends Dutch, John, Bill and Lenny will be waiting for you at the marina next to Thomas' house.
You will get on a boat together and Thomas will take you to the back of Bronte's mansion.
The gang attacks Bronte's mansion from the river to get rid of the threat of Bronte's men and to take revenge for the trolley station setup.
Gold Medal Checklist

- Complete the mission without taking any health items
Prior missions
To begin Revenge is a Dish Best Eaten you must first complete Country Pursuits.
Objectives of Revenge is a Dish Best Eaten
1. Climb into Bronte's mansion / Meet with the gang at the mansion
To get to the estate you must jump over the wall.
Once you're inside, Dutch will assign you the tasks. You and John have to go left.
2. Follow John
Follow John towards the house until you reach two guards.
It's best that you start the fight yourself before John does, and easily get the first headshots. If you want to earn the gold medal, then you have to score 20 of them in the whole mission.
3. Take out Bronte's men
The shooting will begin. Eliminate further enemies who will be appearing both in the garden and on the balcony of the house. You can't use any health items to earn the gold medal, so use the covers and be quick in eliminating the enemies, preferably by aiming at their heads.
4. Break into Bronte's Mansion / Take out Bronte's men inside the mansion
As soon as you kill all of Bronte's boys outside, come to the main door of the house. Dutch will give you a shotgun so you can shoot and destroy its lock. Do it and then kick out the door.
There's gonna be more Bronte's men waiting for you inside.
Once you've taken care of all the enemies on the first floor you'll be told to search upstairs.
5. Search for Bronte upstairs
When you get upstairs, three search zones will appear on the map. In order to complete the gold medal requirement, search the two rooms on the left and right (bigger yellow zones) before opening the middle one (smaller yellow zone).
Once you search the middle room, you'll encounter Bronte in his bedroom connected to the middle room you had to search.
Bronte will try to shoot you first, but his gun will jam. Then he'll try to bribe you, but he won't make it and John will knock him down.
6. Pick up Bronte / Take Bronte to Dutch / Follow Dutch
Note: Bronte's got $155 on him, so it's worth to loot him before you pick him up.
Pick him up and carry him back to Dutch who is waiting downstairs. Then try to get to the boat moored at the docks on the other side of the garden as soon as possible. If you want to earn the gold medal then you have to do it in less than 1 minute 30 seconds. There will be a bunch of policemen in the garden who will try to kill you. This is the last chance to get the missing headshots.
Stay together with the gang and shoot the policemen, preferably using Dead Eye.
When you kill several policemen, you should be able to get to the marina. Run there.
When you get to the marina, you'll get on the boat and sail away.
Dutch will start talking with Bronte. He will irritate Dutch so much that he will drown him and the Italian will eventually end up as food for the alligator.
After completing Revenge is a Dish Best Eaten you will get or will be able to get Banking, the Old American Art.
