After completing the "6. Surfin' the Streets!" substory you will unlock the ability to ride a Street Surfer, which will allow you to move quickly around the city. The Street Surfer consumes battery while in motion. You can charge and customize your Street Surfer at Oka Chargers.
Charge: Pay to refill your Street Surfer's battery. Choose from three options depending on how much power you need.
Customize: Alter the look of your Street Surfer using new materials such as wheels and paint.
