This story will be available when you complete the previous story with Raymond - 16. Beach Guardian: Water, Water Everywhere. First, look for the girl wearing a red swimsuit and a straw hat with a blue ribbon on it. Then look for the boy in white swimwear and orange cap.

Complete the "17. Beach Guardian: No Kidding Around" substory then talk to Raymond. Catch the thief, find Raymond and defeat the thugs.

This substory will be unlocked at a later stage of chapter 3. To start this substory sat ia a beach chair located here. First reach the store within the set time limit and then defeat two poachers.

Chapter 4. Main story-related substory. Upgrade your bat then test it on a troublesome customer.

It unlocks Julie's Gearworks and weapon crafting / enhancement.

To unlock this substory you must first complete the "15. Samurai, May We Walk Together?" and "27. The Pursuit of Realism" substories. Talk to the man sitting on the bench, call Bony Kashiva and agree to do the stunt. You have 40 secs to get to the finish, avoid multiple trucks and explosions on the side. You will receive a rocket launcher as a reward.

To unlock this substory you have to complete the "29. Litterbugged" substory. Unlocks Sojimaru Flying Beta Max as one of the Poundmates.
