Alo-Happy Tours is the place where you can unlock new jobs or assign unlocked jobs to Kasuga and his party members. New jobs can be unlocked via taking tours at the Alo-Happy Tours offices in Hawaii and Isezaki Ijincho. You can change jobs at any of the Alo-Happy Rooms. Alo-Happy Tours offices are also the places where you can receive Photo Rally prizes.
You'll unlock the first Alo-Happy Tours office, located in Honolulu, as you progress through the game's main storyline, in Chapter 5. You'll have to complete the substory "31. Let's Get Alo-Happy!" thanks to which you'll unlock the job "Aquanaut".
Take part in various activities over at the Alo-Happy Tours main office in Waikīkī. Who knows? Maybe someone'll have a revelation.
