This quest is one of the two quests you will receive after completing the Old countries in a new world quest. Petrus will mark on your map the place where the village he mentioned during the conversation with Constantine is located.

To begin Demoniacal cult you must first complete Old countries in a new world.
Quest stages of Demoniacal cult
2. Talk to the missionaries sent by the Mother Cardinal
Heading to the Village of Vedleug, you'll come across a camp where you'll meet Sister Ephesia.
3. Investigate the villagers' cult
4. Question Derdre, the village chief
She'll only answer two questions.
5. Question the village doneigad
Speak to Valan.
6. Question the village inhabitants
7. Speak to Sister Ephesia about the information obtained
8. Divert the worried man's attention
To divert the worried man's attention you can:
1. Destroy some pots standing next to his house.
2. Talk to a woman in the village you've already spoken to before. She will agree to distract a nervous man if you bring her a Sister Ephesia hat. Go back to Sister Ephesia and tell her about it, then she will give you the hat. Give this hat to the woman in the village and she will distract the man.
9. Search the nervous man's home
Examine the painting, the morbid alter, and the mask.
10. Report your discoveries to Sister Ephesia
11. Hide at the village exit and wait for night to fall
12. Discreetly follow the nervous man
13. Follow the road
14. Find a way to enter the passage
Come up to the entrance and you should see a strange vision.
Based on your vision, you can determine the order in which the candles should be lit.
Come to the candles and examine each one of them.
15. Light the candles in the right order
Correct order is:
- Wind Stone
- Lightning Stone
- Fire Stone
- Death Stone
- Water Stone
- Life Stone
16. Investigate in the cave
Enter the cave.
Inside you will witness a strange ritual.
17. Speak to Derdre about what you saw in the cave
Go back to the village and talk to Derdre. You can try to intimidate her, but it won't work, or try to convince her (Charisma check, 25%+).
If you manage to do so, she will provide you with all the necessary information and the quest will end. If you have failed to convince Derdra, you will have to show that you are worthy of her trust and defeat a few of her warriors in the arena.
18. (Optional) Defeat the Tempest Warriors
If you haven't been able to convince Derdre then go to the village's arena and defeat the warriors there. After winning the battle, your Natives reputation will increase (+1).
18.1. Return to see Derdre
Then go back to Derdre and she'll give you the information you need.
After completing Demoniacal cult you will get or will be able to get Face to face with the demon.
