This tale will be unlocked when you complete "The Conspirator" tale. To be able to start it you also have to finish the second act of the game and reach Kamiagata and complete the "Wolves at the Gates" main tale.
(9 of 9) Lady's Masako's sister is the one behind her family's slaughter. I'll never forget how she shattered when she found out. But Masako is a warrior, determined to finish what she started and bring honor to her family. After this, I may be all she has left.

Quest stages of The Sister Betrayed
1. Find Masako at Fort Kaminodake
After liberating Fort Kaminodake from the hands of the Mongols, you will be able to go there and find Masako praying at the shrine. Talk to her and she will tell you that she managed to locate her sister.
Lady Masako has tracked her sister to clan Kikuchi's old fort. We will make our way there and confront her. Masako appears determined to do what she must. But her sister is the only family she has left... a sacrifice that will bring honor, but with it a great burden.
2. Follow Masako / Follow Masako to the Kikuchi estate / Defeat the samurai
Travel with Masako to Fort Kikuchi. On the way, Masako will tell you a little bit about her older sister. When you reach the fort, you will encounter three samurai at its main gate. As soon as she sees them, Lady Masako will run towards them, but if you are fast enough, you can activate Standoff.
3. Open the gate / Defeat the samurai
Help Masako open the gate and enter the fort's courtyard. Lady Masako will start calling her sister but a few samurai will appear instead. Deal with them and follow Masako to the large building in front of you.
4. Speak with the woman
When you kill all the samurai who stand in your way, a maid will show up who will tell you where you can find Lady Hana.
5. Follow Masako / Defeat the samurai
Go to the estate on the hill. When you get there, you will face Lady Hana. After a short conversation with you, she will order her samurai to kill you and she will walk away. Lady Masako will run after her sister and your task will be to get rid of four samurai.
6. Search for Masako
When you get rid of the samurai, enter the building and find both sisters in one of the rooms. You will witness the last conversation between the two sisters and find out why Hana hates Masako so much.
And that will be the end of the whole sad story of Lady Masako. Completing all Lady Masako's tales will unlock The Vengeful Warrior trophy.
