A peaceful farm, untouched by the invasion. I wonder why.

Someone mentioned seeing a samurai alive in Kashine. If another samurai made it out of Komoda Beach, I need to find out who it is.

Quest stages of The Other Side of Honor
1. Investigate the area / Speak with Jinroku
Enter the main building and talk to one of the women there. She will offer you to wait with them for Lord Jinroku to arrive. When Jinroku returns, you will sit down and start talking. Oddly enough, when you talk about the big battle with the Mongols, he will mention the beach near Komatsu instead of the one near Komodo. He' ll explain himself with fatigue. Eventually he will offer you to relax and take a bath.
I found a peaceful home filled with women who claimed to serve a samurai. I met him briefly and doubted every word that left his mouth. I should find out more about him before I make my move.
2. Follow Nabe to the bath
Going with Nabe to the bathhouse, you'll ask her about Jinroku. She will mention his horse and then you will decide that the bath can wait and instead you should look at his horse.
3. Investigate the stables
Go to the stable. If you look at his horse, you will notice that it is not a samurai stallion but an ordinary horse. But the most important thing is the saddle. When you examine it, you will recognize the saddle of another samurai - Lord Higuchi. Then you'll come to the conclusion that Jinroku is an impostor.
4. Confront the imposter / Track Jinroku
Return to the house to confront Jinroku. However, you won't find him there and the woman will inform you that he left just after you went to the bath. Go outside and then you should see Jinroku's footprints on the ground heading towards the main gate. Follow them and then the path up the hill and you should soon find Jinroku. When he sees you, he will start running away.
5. Stop the imposter
Jinroku will be escaping towards the nearby hot springs situated on the top of the hill. He'll stop there and you should be able to catch up with him.
6. Confront the imposter / Speak with Jinroku / Let the imposter go
Jinroku will challenge you to a duel. You, of course, will accept his challenge. But when the fight is about to begin, Jinroku will immediately surrender.
You will start talking. Jinroku will admit everything and you'll tell him to stop pretending to be a samurai and let him go.
7. Return to the farm / Speak with the woman
Go back to the farm to tell the women the truth about Jinroku. It will turn out that some of them knew who Jinroku really was and did not mind. The tale will end.
