This is one of the repeatable quests that allows you to earn Yule Tokens during the Yule Festival.

Head over to Thyra and speak with her to start a target shooting competition.
You need to score as many points as you can before time runs out by shooting targets with your bow. You will receive 40 tokens for score 1200+. With a lower score you will get less tokens.
