This quest starts automatically when you arrive to Vinland, that is when you finish the "In a Strange Land" quest.
Eivor, disguised as a common sailor, arrives in Vinland to search for Gorm.

Quest stages of The Hunting Grounds
1. Find Clues to Gorm's whereabouts
Note: If you know where to go you can skip this stage.
Find and interact with two crates covered with blood.
2. Search for Gorm
Destroy the crates, cross over and follow the footprints and traces of blood. Eventually you will arrive to the village Karonhiakèn:iate' where you will meet local leaders.
You will not be able to understand them because they speak another language but they will show you to follow one of them, the woman.
3. Follow the village leader
Follow the woman and she will lead you to the cave hidden behind the waterfall where you will meet Olav the Unlucky.
4. Walk with Olav
Follow Olav. He will lead you to a place from where you will see one of the Gorm's camps. Then Olav will tell you what you need to do to get the gear - you need to trade with the locals. Olav will give you some materials for a good start (40 Iron Ore, 20 Leather, and one Carbon Ingot) and this quest will be over.
