These waterfalls were named for the naiads, daughters of the river god who lived in the heart of nature. It's believed that if a man ever sees them, he will be "possessed".
Pontikonisis Islet
A legend of the isle tells of a myth that Odysseus's shipwreck was transformed into an emerald rock by Poseidon, facing the city of Korkyra.
