This quest is a direct follow-up to quest "Not All Treasure Should Be Found". Alexios must figure out how to "repair" his spear.
There was no question: something was wrong with Alexios's spear. But before he could investigate, he had to find Barnabas and Herodotos.
Go to the location marked on the map. There you will meet your friends and talk to them for a while about what happened. When you part ways, you will hear the voice of Aletheia who will tell you where you should go next.
Hints:
The entrance to the tomb is located within the Forgotten Ruins of Ichor.
Aletheia is waiting for you in the room located at the end of the tomb. You will get there by going straight ahead. However, in order to move the racks blocking this passage you will first have to turn into two side corridors. One is accessed by the passage on the right, and you'll get to the other one by swimming through a flooded areas.
Aletheia will try to convince you to undertake a certain task. No matter which dialogue option you choose, Alexios will refuse her and decide to leave the tomb.
Leave the tomb the same way you got here and go to the new place marked on your map. There you will only meet Herodotos, who will inform you that Barnabas decided to search for the artifact on his own. This quest will end and a new one - "Power Corrupts All" will begin.
