To start this quest, take the cargo list you will find in the corpse lying on deck of the destroyed boat.

1. Read the notes you found.
Cargo list
Four barrels of salted herring
-8 barrels of drinking water
-3 barrels of vodka
-5 barrels of whale blubber
-4 bails of fur and rabbit pelts
-1 chest of various treasures, worth a sum total of one thousand Nilfgaardian florens.

2. Find the sunken treasure using your Witcher Senses.
Go to the place marked on the map, dive and find the chest lying on the deck of the sunken boat.
