Lilac and Gooseberries Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Quest

This quest will start automatically after the Kaer Morhen tutorial, which actually turned out to be Geralt's dream. You and Vesemir travel together to find Yennefer. When you're going to continue your journey after a night's rest, a few ghouls suddenly attack you.
Yennefer had contacted Geralt - finally. They had not seen each other in years. And then she'd sent him a letter, smelling of lilac and gooseberries, of course, asking him to meet her in the village of Willoughby. "About a matter of great importance," she had written.
So as was his wont when it came to all things Yennefer, the witcher raced off at breakneck speed. Alas, he arrived too late. Passing armies had razed Willoughby to the ground. Yennefer was nowhere in sight. With the help of Vesemir, whom Geralt had encountered along the way, Geralt picked up her trail, which the two witchers then followed. Yen had ridden north, traversing wild lands and battlefields at great speed. She was in a hurry. Perhaps she was in trouble…

To begin Lilac and Gooseberries you must first complete Kaer Morhen.
Quest stages of Lilac and Gooseberries
1. Kill the ghouls.
Before you can go any further, you must kill all the ghouls attacking you.
Hint: Monsters are shown with a silver health bar above their heads, indicating that you should fight them with your silver sword.
2. Follow Vesemir.
Mount your horse named Roach and follow Vesemir. At some point you'll get to a wagon that was attacked by a huge griffin. Geralt and Vesemir will drive the beast away and thus save the merchant.
The merchant will ask you if he should pay you for saving his life. You can either refuse to be paid or accept the payment (50 crowns). If you don't take money from him, the innkeeper at the White Orchard tavern will provide you with free food and the merchant will give you a discount on his items later. When asked if he knows anything about Yennefer, the merchant will suggest that you should ask about her in the tavern in the nearby village.
3. Go to the tavern in White Orchard.
Mount your horse and follow the road to the White Orchard Tavern. Go into the inn and ask the owner about Yennefer. She knows nothing about her, and will suggest that you ask other travelers instead.
4. Ask travelers about Yennefer.
You can speak with a few travelers, but you actually only need to talk to Gaunter O'Dimm. He know something about Yennefer and he will suggests heading to the Nilfgaardian garrison and seek for more information there.
5. Ask the Nilfgaardians about Yennefer.
When you leave the inn, you'll be stopped by three peasants who apparently don't like witchers. You must defeat them in a fistfight. You can disable one of them with the Axii sign.
Go to the Nilfgaardian garrison. Soldiers guarding the gate will let you in when they hear you are a witcher and tell you to go to the tower where you will meet their commander - Peter Saar Gwynleve.
The commander knows where Yennefer is, but he won't tell you until you do something for him. You need to get rid of the griffin that's attacking people in White Orchard. The commander will suggest that you visit the local hunter and herbalist, as they have information that will allow you to track down the griffin.
6. Complete the griffin contract.
A new quest will appear in your log - The Beast of White Orchard, which you must complete if you want to learn where Yennefer is.
7. Prepare to leave White Orchard with Vesemir.
Meet with Vesemir at White Orchard's in. A quarrel will take place in the inn. You and Vesemir will take the side of the inn owner and as a result you will be attacked by "local patriots". You will receive a minor quest - The Incident at White Orchard, which only objective will be to kill those attackers.
When the fight is over, the terrified locals will demand that you leave the inn. When you go outside, you will come across a Nilfgaardian patrol led by no one but Yennefer. She will ask you to go with her to Vizima for an audience with the Emperor. You and Yennefer will head out to Vizima.
Ultimately it was Yennefer who found Geralt. The one-time lovers had not even a moment to enjoy their reunion, for Yennefer insisted they ride to Vizima as quickly as possible. The emperor of Nilfgaard awaited them there. Though Temeria's former capital was but a few miles from White Orchard, the journey was to be rife with drama…
After completing Lilac and Gooseberries you will get or will be able to get Imperial Audience.
