You will be able to receive this mission from Nowt after you complete the game main storyline to the point where she shows up at your safe house. Then just talk to her.
Nowt has learned of an accident involving a driverless black cab. Could there be a critical error within the AI controlling London’s black cabs?
Go to the accident scene and examine the corpse lying next to the wrecked car.
A driverless black cab drove onto the sidewalk and ran over the pedestrian. Investigating the scene has revealed strange bit strings embedded in the cab’s AI. The bit strings belong to an audio file, but the file is incomplete. Completing the file may give insight into what is happening.
Find other black cabs and find the remaining bit strings to complete the audio file.
Get in any vehicle and look around for black cabs. There should be quite a few of them driving around. When you find one, approach it and start downloading. The cab will start driving away and you should follow it. You have to be pretty close to it for the download to work. You need to download the data from three cabs this way.
DedSec has investigated enough black cabs to confirm that Skye Larsen’s AI is responsible for committing hit and runs against Broca Tech employees. And now they have uncovered where the black cab AI is located.
Go to London Cariage Service and erase the black cab AI for good.
Go to London Carriage Service. You can get inside through the main entrance to the garages.
Before you go inside, use the security cameras and get the key you will need.
You need to get to the oval room located in the middle, open it and interact with terminal inside to start the data wiping process.
From this point on, things will become difficult as the alarm will be triggered and a large number of guards will come after you. At first, focus on not being overwhelmed by them. You must be in the garage area for the erasing to continue. An additional difficulty will be that the process will stop three times and you will have to destroy one of the cabs in the parking area in order to resume it. The easiest way to do this is to explode the traps which are located near each of these cabs. You can also use your weapon of course.
To complete this mission leave the garage and escape any possible pursuit.
