Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission Third Degree Burns.

This mission can be started by interacting with a laptop in the Safehouse. This will be possible once you have completed the "Third Degree Burns" mission.

DedSec discovered that a xenophobic gang called the English Patriotic Action Front, or EPAF, has been recruiting Londoners disillusioned by the economic collapse by scapegoating immigrants. The EPAF seems to be very well funded and organized, which is unusual for a group that new. Go to Kennington Park and investigate who’s pulling their strings.

1. INVESTIGATE EPAF at Kennington Park / ESCAPE the Area / GET TO Safety

Head to Kennington Park. You must gain access to the terminal located in a restricted area guarded by Clan Kelley members. If you want to do this without bloodshed it is best to use an operative who was once a member of the clan.

2. SEARCH for Intel at Albion Station Camden

DedSec investigated a violent xenophobic gang called the English Patriotic Action Front, or EPAF, and found that a mysterious figure called “Kingfisher” seems to be pulling their strings. Kingfisher regularly meets with an EPAF organiser at [Albion Station Camden].

Go to [Albion Station Camden] and investigate Kingfisher’s identity.

Go to Albion Station Camden. You can complete this simple task using the security camera that is located in the basement of the building.

3. NEUTRALISE Kingfisher / GET TO Safety

DedSec discovered that a violent xenophobic gang called the English Patriotic Action Front was actually being supported by SIRS in order to stir up violence in immigrant neighbourhoods and justify a deportation crackdown. A SIRS officer codenamed “Kingfisher” runs the operation out of [Albion Station Camden]. Neutralise him.

If you have the ability to attract attention using traps, you can neutralize him without entering the building. All you need to do is to take control of one of the security cameras inside the building...

...and use it to activate the trap in the room Kingfisher is in, then attract him to the trap.

Another way is to enter the building. At first you will have to climb up the orange pipe.

The door is locked, but getting the key to unlock it is not a big problem.

One more time hijack one of the security cameras inside the building and get the key from one of the guards patrolling the building. Start the download and distract the guard to make him stop for a moment.

Once you get inside eliminate the Kingfisher by any means you like. You can do it quietly, by silently taking down the guards patrolling this floor and then killing Kingfisher himself. If it is possible you can also shoot him from a distance and quickly escape from the building before it gets hot. Once the Kingfisher is dead and you are in a safe place, this mission will end.
