You can receive this mission from Inspector Kaitlin Lau when you return to your safehouse and talk to her some time after she assigns you the mission "Called 2 Account".

Kaitlin Lau has brought a possible kidnapping to DedSec's attention. The person that contacted her is desperate for justice. It seems like this kidnapping is part of a larger plot.

Quest stages of Change of Heart

1. TALK to the Contact about the Kidnapping

Head to the Parliament Square Gardens and tak to the person you meet there. She will ask you for help in rescuing a friend.

2. RESCUE the Hostage

DedSec is on the trail of a kidnapping. The victim is the former follower of an extremist with sinister plans. DedSec not only has the chance to save a human life but to find out more about this extremist and what they are planning.

Get to the Perry Harris Group Redevelopment Project and rescue the hostage.

Go to Perry Harris Redevelopment. The prisoner is held in a room on the lower level of the construction site. To get inside this room you will need to get the key. The area is of course restricted with uniformed access for construction workers and members of the Kelley clan.

You will need to get the prisoner to safety, so it's a good idea to get to the construction site through the gates on the north side and go down to the lower level using the stairs, eliminating enemies on the way and then using this route to escape.

You can get the key remotely, just hack the security camera inside the barrack standing on the construction site and download the key from the tablet.

If you use an operative with a proper disguise, you will probably have to get rid of only two opponents on your way to the prisoner. One on the upper platform just after the second gate and another on the stairs.

3. ESCORT [Prisoner Name] to safety

DedSec has freed [Prisoner Name] from the extremist that kidnapped him, but the danger is not over yet. Escort [Prisoner Name] to safety.

Free the prisoner and lead him outside the restricted area using the same route you took to get here.

4. TALK to [Prisoner Name]

DedSec has freed [Prisoner Name] from the extremist that kidnapped him, but the job is not over yet. Talk to [Prisoner Name] to learn more about this extremist.

After leaving the restricted area, talk to the freed prisoner and you will learn about the bomb you should take care of.

5. LOCATE the Bomb at the Royal Courts of Justice

DedSec is on the trail of an extremist operating within London. According to one of her former followers, the extremist has parked a vehicle armed with explosives outside a major London landmark. Get to the Royal Courts of Justice and find the vehicle before it explodes.

Go to Royal Courts of Justice. When you reach the building you will see the truck you are looking for standing in a public parking lot. Unfortunately, it will turn out that the bomb is already armed and the countdown will begin.

6. DRIVE the Bomb into River Thames [3:30]

DedSec is on the trail of an extremist operating within London. She has parked a vehicle full of explosives outside the Royal Courts of Justice, and not even DedSec can stop it from exploding. Drive the vehicle into the Thames and save the city from another bombing.

The entrance gate is locked and you need to interact with the closed circuit terminal to unlock it. Enter the parking lot through the side entrance and jump over the fence.

The closed circuit terminal is very close by and to get to it quickly throw the spiderbot up.

Then open the gate, get in the van and quickly drive towards the river - turn right past the gate and at the intersection also turn right.

When you drive into the river an explosion will occur, this mission will end and you will receive another one.

After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Home and Hosed.
