You can receive this mission by talking to Inspector Kaitlin Lau who you will find in your safehouse. You can receive this mission from her some time after she assigns you the mission "Out of Stock".
Kaitlin Lau intercepted a Clan Kelley laptop containing encrypted information about their financial records. Someone has been siphoning funds from their accounts, and Clan Kelley knows who is behind it. The accountant responsible might be a source of useful information.
Liberate the accountant from the Kelley's clutches.
Old Canal Warehouse

The kidnapped person is held in a small building located in a restricted area guarded by the Clan Kelley members.
There are several ways to get to the site.I personally climbed the orange pipe and this way I found myself relatively close to this building. To make my task easier I also used an operative who has a Clan Kelley disguise.
You must enter the building through the door at the front. To open it you must interact with the closed circuit terminal which is located at the top of the steel oval structure in the middle of the yard. You can climb there but to get to this terminal without having to destroy the boards that block access to it (which requires the use of a weapon) you can use the cargo drone. The station where you can call it is located on top of the steel structure.
Using the drone, fly up to the top and then make your way down using the ladders.
Go back down and, being wary of the guards, the drones flying around and the turret ( it' s best to deactivate it), quickly enter the building through the front door. Close the door behind you just to be safe. You can also use a drone for this.
Use the closed circuit terminal inside to open the back door.
Set the prisoner free and exit through the back door. The prisoner will follow you. Go up the stairs to the upper level and head towards the orange pipe you got here.
Go down the orange pipe and after a while the prisoner should do the same.
To complete this mission talk to the accountant. This mission will end and you will receive another one - "Say Cheese".
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Say Cheese.
