In The Blood of Dawnwalker, Headhunters are elite bounty hunters sent by Brencis to track down and eliminate Coen. They begin appearing throughout Vale Sangora upon reaching Infamy Level 7, when Brencis issues his seventh Edict, On Public Enemy. Headhunters are not stationed at fixed locations. Instead, they roam the region, patrolling roads and travel routes in search of Coen.
