Organics Deposits, The Alters Points of interest

In The Alters, Organic Deposits are key resource nodes used to harvest Organics, a vital resource for crafting items, building specific base modules, and sustaining your Alters by producing food. Organics also serve as fuel to power the movement of your mobile base.

Organics Deposits come in two types:

• Shallow Deposits - Identified by glowing green bioluminescence, these can be harvested by hand once for a limited amount. Found through exploration, they deplete after a single use.
• Deep Deposits - These require a Polygonal Scanner to pinpoint the richest concentration, followed by placing a Mining Outpost and connecting it to the base with Pylons. Deep deposits provide an infinite supply of Organics but require manual operation or assigning an Alter to automate the process.
