The Mechanic Star Wars Outlaws Quest

You will be able to get this quest after completing the main quest "New Tricks" After the conversation with Danka taking place at the end of this quest, a new intel will pop up in your journal - "The Speeder Mechanic #1: Boosting the Speeder". Complete it and its follow-ups - "The Speeder Mechanic #2: Selo's People" and "The Speeder Mechanic #3: Selo's Shop" - and you will be able to talk to the Selo Rovak and start this quest.
Selo Rovak is one of the best mechanics on Toshara. She's agreed to boost Kay's speeder in exchange for an atmospheric accelerator from the nearby Imperial wind harvester.

To begin The Mechanic you must first complete New Tricks.
Quest stages of The Mechanic
1. Break into the wind facility.
Go to the place marked on the map. When you get there, Selo will tell you over the radio what you should do. Do it, that is, attach the magnetic dusrupter you received from her to the device. This will cause the large fan to stop so you can go inside.
2. Find an atmospheric accelerator.
Get on the speeder and ride inside.
You have quite a long distance to drive through the tunnels. When you get to the next fan turn into the tunnel on the right.
Eventually you will reach the imperial base and you will have to get off the speeder.
To get rid of the power field ask Nix to press the button located on the other side of the barrier.
Then enter the ventilation duct and proceed to the other side of it.
Use the moment when the fans are not spinning and walk along the pipes ahead. When the yellow lights light up, it means that the fans are about to start spinning.
Jump down and shoot the coil on the other side. This will cause the fans to stop and you will be able to climb over the wall and fans to the other side.
Climb the next wall, pass over the fan when it is not spinning, descend and jump into the hole in the pipe.
Go through the pipe further, jump into another hole and squeeze through a narrow passage. You will reach a huge room with many turbines and large moving walls.
Wait for the moment when the moving walls slide in and quickly run past them. Then climb up the wall and fans to the small platform above.
To stop the largest fan shoot capacitors on both sides of it. Then, use the grappling point to get to the other side.
Climb up to the platform above.
Wait until the next moving wall slides in and run to the other side, then climb up through the bars to the top.
Wait until the lower moving walls are out and the upper ones are in and jump over them to the other side.
Now you need to make your way to the other side of two fans and then up to the entrance to the ventilation duct.
The ventilation duct will take you to the control room. Walk up to the panel and pull out the atmospheric accelerator.
3. Leave the facility.
Exit the control room through the door on the left and using the two grappling points get to the pipe below.
Slightly further on, your speeder will be waiting for you. Get on it and ride through the tunnel ahead.
After a while you'll reach a cave and a few seconds later you'll leave the cave.
4. Return to Selo.
Just go back to Selo and talk to her. She will upgrade your speeder which will unlock its new ability - Speed Boost.
Selo Rovak will become a new expert, giving you the opportunity to acquire new abilities. Two new Key Part Intel will also pop up in your journal.
Speed Boost
Allows for a short burst of speed.
Selo Rovak is a young native Tosharan. She was raised in a windfishing settlement, always dreaming of a different life but she couldn't leave her family behind. She decided that if she couldn't change the galaxy, maybe she could change Toshara. So, she spent her time creating gadgets that would streamline windfishing, devices that took advantage of the strength of Toshara's wind.
The Mechanic Abilities
Speed Boost
Enhances the speeder with a boost engine. Press [Shift] while on the speeder for a short-lived burst of speed.
Speeder Jump
Allows Kay to perform a short upwards jump with the speeder. Hold and release [Space] while on the speeder to jump.
Unlock conditions:
- Perform a 60 meters long jump without being ejected x 60
Treasure Hunter
Allows Nix to provide audiovisual cues when nearby Containers are present. Additionally, Containers in range will now be highlighted by pressing [B].
Unlock conditions:
- Find Containers x 10
- Find different ways to make Nix happy x 4
- Use Nix to fetch an item
Smoke Bomb
Press [Z] to create a dense smoke area which obfuscates vision.
Unlock conditions:
- Smoke Bomb Compressor (Expert Key Part)
- Polycarbonate x 7
- MG-2 Power Exceeder x 3
Scoundrel's Pouch
Increase the amount of Bacta Vials and Grenades Kay can carry by 1 each.
Unlock conditions:
- Durafiber Fabric (Expert Key Part)
- Coarseweave x 8
- Robuma Leather x 4
Outlaw's Pouch
Requires: Scoundrel's Pouch
Increase the amount of Bacta Vials and Grenades Kay can carry by 1 each.
