Finding these Map Upgrades will cause the in-game map to mark the locations of all collectibles of a particular type that you have not yet found.

Map Upgrade: Seed PodsTo unlock this upgrade you have to recruit Pili Walde and use all 10 unique seeds to fill three garden plots located on the roof. The color of the plant does not matter. Once all the plants have grown, this upgrade will be unlocked.

Map Upgrade: UpgradesTo get this upgrade you'll first need to complete all seven Chambers found on Koboh.
Map Upgrade: TreasuresHack the terminal located inside the Wayfinder's Tomb. From the moment you do this, all the treasures you have not yet collected will be marked on the maps. The Wayfinder's Tomb Entrance will open when you complete the Path of Persistence, Path of Restoration and Path of Conviction.
Map Upgrade: DatabankHack the terminal located in Denvik's office. From the moment you do this, all the databanks you have not yet collected will be marked on the maps.
