After completing That's Murfree Country mission, you will receive another task to recover the debt from two more people. To receive it, talk to Leopold Strauss, who is sitting on a tree trunk near the camp.
Strauss gives Arthur the names of two more debtors.

Objectives of Money Lending and Other Sins VI - VII
1. J. John Weathers
J. John Weathers is a deserter from the Army and he is located to the west of the camp.
1.1. Find J. John Weathers
Go to the location marked on the map and find the broken wagon standing by the road.
1.2. Confront J. John Weathers
J. John Weathers is lying under the wagon and fixing a broken wheel. Come to the wagon and tell him what brings you to him.
Of course, he doesn't have any money and additionally he asks you for help. When you talk, a few soldiers arrive and start shooting at you.
1.4. Check on J. John Weathers
When you kill all the soldiers, go back to Weathers. The wagon and all its possessions went on fire.
In addition, from the nearby bushes will come his pregnant wife who was hiding there.
Weathers will offer you a silver locket to pay the debt, and you can either take it or absolve the debt. If you absolve the debt then your honor will increase.
2. Arthur Londonderry
To find the second debtor you have to go to Annesburg.
2.2. Question the guard
A guard at the entrance to the mine will tell you that you should talk to the foreman.
2.3. Question the foreman
You'll find a foreman in one of the mine corridors. He will inform you that Londonderry is dead.
He will also tell you where you can find Londonderry's wife.
3. Confront Leopold Strauss (Part VII)
Arthur has visited both of Strauss's debtors, J. John Weathers and Arthur Londonderry.
The last thing you have to do is just go back to the camp and confront Strauss. Feeling guilty of the tragedies caused by Strauss' actions, Arthur tells him to leave the camp and find a normal job.
After seeing the senselessness of Strauss's loaning, Arthur throws him out of the camp.
