Read the email "New Project" from Peebee.
Heya! I've got a new Remnant project in the works. It's gonna be big! Come say hi in my room on the Tempest, will ya?

Find rare Remnant tech so Peebee can perfect her scanner.
Go to the marked location, activate the console, then jump over the posts to the other side. Kill some remnant enemies on your way there.
Several raiders will come, and try to kill you. Kill them.
Use the console shown in the picture below, and then gravity well to leave the island. You can also use the fast travel option.
You need to visit an additional Remnant vault on Havarl.
Find a small room located in this vault.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Peebee: Reclaiming Poc.
