The house will be made available to you at the end of your first day on the island. Furnishing the inside of Kasuga's home will improve its Livability. As Livability increases, so will Kasuga's health, making it harder for enemies to defeat him. The greater the Livability, the better shape Kasuga will be in the next day as well. When Kasuga is in tip-top form, he will be able to gather more resources.

You can end your day by checking out the calendar in your home and heading to bed. The later you go to bed, the less health you'll recover.

Subaru will appear on the island soon after your resort receives its first star and the first guests arrive on the island.
