In Hogwarts Legacy, side quests are optional missions separate from the main story that you can complete at your own pace. They are usually given by NPCs in Hogwarts, Hogsmeade, or hamlets.
Side quests often involve helping characters, exploring locations, fighting enemies, or solving puzzles. They expand the game's lore and character stories and sometimes unlock new areas, spells, gear, or features.
Completing side quests rewards you with experience, items, gold, and collectibles, and they count toward region and overall game completion, but they are not required to finish the main story.

The Unique UnicornThis quest unlock some time after you finish the "Niamh Fitzgerald's Trial" main quest. You may also need to complete the "Phoenix Rising" quest first. Talk to Betty Bugbrooke. Reward: Conjuration Spellcraft (Wooden Maiden).
Venomous RevengeIt unlocks when you complete the "Beasts Class", "The Helm of Urtkot", and "The Caretaker's Lunar Lament" main quests. Talk to Ackley Barnes. Reward: Appearance (Dragonhide Herbologist Gloves), 300 gold.

Brother's KeeperTalk to Dorothy Sprottle. Suggested level: 17. Rewards: Wand Handle (Arrow - Black).
Cursed Tomb TreasureTo start this quest, open the chest (Level 1 Lock), which is located in the same basement as Ailsa Travers (25). The treasure is located in the "Tomb of Treachery". Use Flipendo to turn over the corresponding plates, just like on the treasure map you found. Reward: Appearance (Treasure Seeker's Attire), 400 Gold.
Ghost of Our Love (Hufflepuff)The chest is next to one of the houses in Upper Hogsfield. You visit this hamlet during the "Prisoner of Love" main quest.

Solved by the BellTo start this quest pick up the Musical Map that you can find in the Henrietta's Hideaway dungeon. The bells are in Clagmar Castle. You have to hit them in the right order. Rewards: Appearance (Treasure-Seeker's Longcoat), 400 Gold.
The Hippogriff Marks the SpotTo start this quest pick up the Henrietta's Map lyin on the table in the Ashwinder's camp. Treasure is in the "Henrietta's Hideaway" dungeon. Use Confringo and Glacius to extinguish and light the corresponding braziers, just like on the treasure map you found. Then a hidden alcove with a chest will open. Reward: Appearance (Treasure-Seeker's Gloves), 400 Gold.
Well, Well, WellTo start this quest you should investigate the magical well. The tree you have to find is in Feldcroft Region, south-west of Irondale, close to the Landing Platform (Feldcroft Region 4/4). You have to use Levioso on the tree. Reward: Appearance (Treasure-Seeker's Bicorne Hat).
