You will receive this mission after completing three of the four head bosses of Santa Blanca operations.

A team of agents has successfully recovered Special Agent Sandoval's remains. His family has been informed, and they'll be there to meet the body when it arrives in Miami. He'll be laid to rest with full honors in recognition of his sacrifice for his country.
