You've been given a lifeline, take it. Give Sonrisa what he wants. Find the PDA and this time don't let Zamuro get away.
Prior missions
To begin The Last Laugh you must first complete Out of the Shadows.
Objectives of The Last Laugh
1. Extract Señor Sonrisa
Fast travel to Señor Sonrisa Hideout, he is fishing there, talk to him and lead him to the car.
1.1. Bring Señor Sonrisa to the extraction point
2. Reach the entrance of the secret bunker
Quietly kill the guard patrolling outside the entrance to the bunker, and use the Unidad vehicle to drive in. (Gates will open for Unidad vehicles only!).
3. Locate El Zamuro's PDA
Try to stay undetected as long as possible or you will have to fight against many Unidad soldiers.
Once you reach the central part of the bunker, turn left, the PDA is in the "office container" on the lower level.
4. Retrieve the PDA
5. Escape the bunker
All exits except one tunnel are blocked. Get on the bike and go out.
6. Kill El Zamuro
There is an Unidad gunship heli nearby. Use it to shoot down El Zamuro's chopper.
7. Mission Complete
That's a job well done. We have the PDA and Zamuro is dead. Time to depart.
