To begin Carzita's VIP List you must first complete Carzita.
Objectives of Carzita's VIP List
1. Locate the server
The server is in the building located next to the helipad.
2. Hack the server to obtain the VIP list
The server is on the ground floor of the building.
3. Defend the position until the hack is complete [03:00]
You have to defend your position for 3 minutes.

4. Retrieve the VIP list
Access the server again.
5. Mission Complete
Carzita's list gives us names and business details for every VIP that has visited or is planing to visit the resort in the near future. We can use this information to force these individuals to steer clear of the cartel. The resort's golden days are over.
After completing Carzita's VIP List you will get or will be able to get El Cardenal (1 of 5).
