In addition to the main festival site there are five other festival outposts around the map. In order to unlock outposts you need to complete corresponding expeditions. You can unlock them in any order you choose, leading to your own unique path to events, showcases or stories.
Horizon Festival MexicoThis is the main festival site.
Horizon Apex OutpostTo unlock it you must complete Tulum Expedition. It unlocks the Road Racing events.
Horizon Wilds OutpostTo unlock it you must complete Jungle Expedition. It unlocks the Dirt Racing events.
Horizon Baja OutpostTo unlock it you must complete Baja Expedition. It unlocks the Cross Country Racing events.
Horizon Rush OutpostTo unlock it you must complete Canyon Expedition. It unlocks the PR Stunts events.
Horizon Street Scene OutpostTo unlock it you must complete Guanajuato Expedition. It unlocks the Street Racing events.
Horizon Hot Wheels OutpostTo unlock it you must complete the Hot Wheels Expedition. This is the main festival site of Hot Wheels DLC.
Horizon Badlands OutpostTo unlock it you must complete Horizon Badlands Expedition.
