XP Boards are a type of collectibles with which you can gather some bonus experience. There are a total of 25 XP Boards in Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels DLC. In order to score a XP board, all you have to do is simply drive through it and destroy it. They can be divided into three groups, depending on how much experience you get after destroying a certain board.
There are a total of 10 XP boards that will grant you 1,000 XP, 10 boards that will grant you 3,000 XP, and 5 boards which will grant you 5,000 XP.
