Use the Cryptos Terminal > Log in: $UNKNOWN_USER > Database Queries > Novice | Weapons Research.

Use Advanced Research Terminal again > Sugar Grove IntraMail > 10-21-77: RE: SIPHON Holotape.
Find the Analyst's Terminal in another room of the building > Project SIPHON > Dispense Project SIPHON Holotape.
The Voice of Set is the Mistress' iconic gun. I've been sent to recover intel on an experimental weapons research program, but Sugar Grove's mainframe contains an overwhelming amount of data. The Project Siphon Holotape I found should allow me to extract it.
Return to the Advanced Research Terminal, load Project Siphon Holotape > Download Data.

Return to Riverside Manor, enter the basement (you must have Veil of Secrets equipped), and use Fabricator Terminal > load Project Siphon Holotape > Upload Data.
