I've accepted the mission labeled "The Phantom Device." I should listen to the mission briefing for details.

The Phantom Device is the Mistress of Mystery's tool for stealth and infiltration. In order to make one, I need to find the required components. The mission briefing said Cryptos' database may have some leads.
3. Search Cryptos for Phantom Device components
Use the Cryptos Terminal > Log in: $UNKNOWN_USER > Database Queries > Novice | Phantom Device Components.

The Phantom Device is the Mistress of Mystery's tool for stealth and infiltration. In order to make one, I need to find the required components.
4.1. Locate HalluciGen Gas
Go to Garrahan Mining Headquarters, enter the building ...
... and find a safe. It's locked (lock level 2).
4.1.1. Find a way to unlock the safe
Unlock CEO's Terminal > Safe Control > Disengage Lock.
Open the safe and take away the HalluciGen Gas Container.
4.2. Locate a Stealth Boy
One of the places where you can find the Stealth Boy is North Cutthroat Camp. It can be found in a locked footlocker.
5. Use the Fabricator to make a Phantom Device
The Phantom Device is the Mistress of Mystery's tool for stealth and infiltration. I've tracked down the components needed to make one. Now I need to use the Fabricator to construct it.
Return to Riverside Manor, use the Fabricator Terminal > Fabrication Services > Phantom Device.
