Inhibitors are the only way to increase your maximum Stamina and Health. Increasing those attributes is important as it unlocksaccess to some of your Skills. Each upgrade requires 3 Inhibitors.
In total, you can gather 126 inhibitors in the game. The first 3 you will get automatically from Hakon right after you appear in Old Villedor. More inhibitors can be found in GRE Crates hidden inside GRE Quarantine Buildings and GRE Anomalies locations. Additional crates can also be discovered while exploring off the beaten path.

Inhibitor x 1Enter the building through a window at the top floor. At some point you will have to go through a ventilation duct.
