The Camp Guitarist comes to the gazebo at Iron Mike's Camp between 7pm and 10pm and plays one song. You must return here at least six times to hear all the songs.

If you missed any of the Colonel's speeches then you will find them in his tent at the top of the volcano after completing the main story of the game.
