Collecting all 18 pieces is required to craft an Unknown NERO Weapon (IPCA Stun Gun). You will unlock the recipe by unlocking the hidden ending of the game.

The corpse can be found in the sewer under the camp. You can get there from the river side or by climbing the ladder you find in the nearby tunnel.
