NERO Checkpoint MMUs contain NERO Injectors used to improve your Health, Stamina, or Focus. Once cleared, a Checkpoint becomes a Fast Travel Waypoint. You'll also find a piece of NERO Intel at each of these locations and the corpse of a NERO member nearby, containing another piece of IPCA Tech.
To get inside the mobile medical unit you usually have to find a red fuel container and fill a nearby power generator with it. Sometimes you will also need to find a fuse somewhere in the camp and insert it into the fuse box. In a few cases you will need scraps to repair the generator. Once the power is restored you will be able to enter the medical center. However, before you restore power you should cut off or shoot the speakers so that their sound doesn't lure the Freakers to you.
