Quest stages of Where Rumors Gather
1. Look around Hernand Tavern
The tavern is located on the city's main street. It is marked on your map, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding it. Head over there and go inside.
2. Try arm wrestling
Enter the tavern, approach the guard sitting at one of the tables, and challenge him to a duel. This is one of the minigames featured in the game.
To beat the guard at arm wrestling, mash the button on screen. Every now and then, a QTE will flash on screen. Press the specified button when the rotating line hits the marked sector of the wheel.
After winning the duel, this quest will end and the next one - Mysterious Man - will begin.
There was little information to be found at the tavern, but an arm wrestling match proved profitable.
