This is the first mission of the Torment of Hades episode, the second part of the Fate of Atlantis DLC.
Completing only one of Aletheia's trials was not enough to bind Alexios to the power of the Staff. After his time in Elysium, it was clear there was only one way forward.
Gateway to the Lost City

Return to the Gateway to the Lost City.
When you are ready to proceed to Hades, talk to Aletheia.
For a moment, you will be moved to the present day. Talk to Dr. Victoria Bibeau.
After a short conversation with Dr. Victoria Bibeau and Aletheia, you will return to ancient Greece, to the point where Alexios was thrown by Persephone into Hades.
After completing this quest, you will be able to play the quest Guardian of the Gates.
