Four members of the Order of Dominion can be found and killed by completing the main quests, the other three members must be found by following the ancient clues.
You will kill The Immortals while doing A Flight in Fire quest.
You will kill Dimokrates the Destroyer while doing the The Ordering of the Kosmos quest.
For the first time you will be able to kill Gergis the Herald at the end of The Last Magi quest. If you don't do this, you'll have another occasion to kill him while doing the Smoke and Fury quest.
You will face and kill Amorges, the Tusk of Persia in the Legacy of the First Blade quest.
Ancient Clue (Letter from the Silence to a Persian Captain) can be found in Keadas Cave.
Artazostre the Silence travels the main roads around Messinia between Aipeia, Messene and Mount Ithome Fort. Letter to the Silence from a Sister of Artemis (Ancient Clue) drops from her.
Ancient Clue (Order from a Cult of Ares Chieftain) can be found in the wetlands south-west of Mount Ithome Fort.
Gaspar the Gatekeeper is in the Terror Gorge cave.
Ancient Clue (Note from the Architect to The Silence) can be found in the Pedasos Camp. Another clue (Letter to the Silence from a Sister of Artemis) drops from Artazostre the Silence.
Pithias the Architect is in Aipeia.
