Two members of the Order can be found and killed by completing the main quests, the other three members must be found by following the ancient clues.
You will kill Megakreon the Unbreakable while doing the Theatrics and Espionage quest.
You will kill Phila the Tempest at the end of the Leviathan's Maw quest.
Ancient Clue (Letter to the Broker) can be found in Olouros Fortress.
You have to destroy Nestor the Formidable's ship.
Ancient clue (Dark Machinations) drops from Nestor the Formidable.
Augos the All-Seeing can be found in Pellene village.
Ancient Clue (A Shipping Manifest) can be found in the Shipwreck Cove.
Sophos the Broker can be found in Patrai Military Shipyard in Patrai.
