If you haven't killed Nikolaos in The Wolf of Sparta quest then you won't have to kill Aristaios, because Nikolaos will do it for you.
Otherwise you will have to search for Aristaios in the Military Fort of Gla and kill him yourself.
In both cases, check Aristaios's corpse. You will find Aristaios's Breastplate (Epic Torso).
