For additional hints you can talk to Timon and complete his quest - Sibling Revenge. Completing this support quest will also allow you to get rid of Astra, who normally accompanies Deianeira. You can also skip this task and find and kill both women together. They travel on the roads in the south-western part of Boeotia.

In the main chamber of the cave find the passageway to the hidden part of the cave.
At the end of the corridors you will find Deianeira.
Deianeira is a cultist so you will receive Sandals of Achilles (Legendary Legs), Artifact Fragment and Etching on Deianeira's Legplate (Cultist Clue).
