Determined to find Alkon's mother, Alexios tracked down the lsu Harbormaster. Getting answers from her however, proved a little more difficult.
When a woman notices you're being watched, she'll start acting strange. You can play along or force her to say what you need.
If the Isu Harbormaster told you about the trap, all the soldiers who came after you will be marked.
