After talking to Poseidon, a messenger will come to you and invite you to visit Atlas at his Doma.
As the newly-appointed Dikastes of Atlantis, Alexios was summoned by Atlas, Poseidon's eldest son. According to him, whatever he needed to discuss was of grave importance.

Go to the Doma of Atlas and talk to Atlas. He will ask you for help.
Atlas's brothers were having difficulty dealing with the humans under their respective rule. The problems were sure to only get worse if they weren't helped by the Dikastes.
