This is a support quest for The Athenian Leader quest, to help you lower the nation power in Megaris.
If Alexios wanted to meet the Wolf, he would have to help the Spartans conquer Megaris. And Megaris would be easier to conquer if there were fewer Athenian soldiers.

You will complete this quest while doing other quest. Sometimes it is enough for you to be close to the killed soldier and the killing will be counted towards your count.
