Lethe's water was a luxury in Elysium ever since Persephone outlawed it. It was said to cure the saddest condition known to man: a broken heart.

Climb up, dive, destroy the boards that block the entrance to the tunnel and pass through the underwater tunnel to the cave.
Destroy the red vase, move the shelf and go through the crack.
You'll meet a beggar on the other side. You can also use this way to get out.
Hints:
In the building you will meet Amaltheia. You can give her Lethe's water or destroy it. She needs water to forget about the past because she thinks she has lost her soul mate forever. This soul mate is Theron, whom you could have saved in the Good News quest.
Note: The choice you make here is meaningful in one of the later quests - No Good Deed.
Available if you let Amaltheia drink water.
You will witness an argument between Hekate and Persephone. If you let Amaltheia drink water, Hekate will be happy but Persephone won't. If you have destroyed the water, Hekate will be angry at you, but Persephone will appreciate it.
