When controlled humans from Elysium are knocked down. LIBERATE them to remove the Isu control Persephone has placed on them.
You can use paralyzing arrows to do that.
When you talk to him, you will receive an additional side quest - Free Their Minds, the Rest Will Follow.
You'll find him near the House of the Bloodline. It's Leonidas.
You have to show your skills to your grandfather and defeat him in a duel.
