Go to Sanctuary of Asklepios, find three priests and do their quests: Enough Is Enough, A Heart for a Head and Written in Stone.
2. Quest Completed
Rewards: Epic XP, Ritual Spear (Rare Spear)
After completing The Priests of Asklepios you will get or will be able to get Speak No Evil.
