Objectives of Death-Light Robbery
1. Talk to Charon
Charon has a problem because somebody stole coins that people use to pay for transporting them across the Styx.
2. Investigate the crime scene in the Passage of Souls
Hints:
- Who stole the coins from the dead?
Investigate the empty coin purses.
Investigate a gold bracelet.
Investigate and take the Ornate Dagger (Quest Item).
You must also talk to two civilians, a woman and a man. Ask them both "When did you last have the coins?" and additionally ask the man "Do you recognize this dagger?"
3. Report to Charon
You have to decide who the thief is.
- The merchant stole the coins. - He's the thief, and he's the one you should point to.
- A politician stole the coins. - If you think he's a thief, then you are wrong and an innocent man will die.
After a while, Hades will join you and tell you to make another choice - what to do with the people who have lost their coins.
- The people should be granted passage. - Choose this option to please Charon. He will then consider you a good assistant and give you a thank-you letter.
- No coins, no passage.
In both cases, the merchant will end up as Hades' dogs food.
